The High school youth are going on a service/mission retreat April 16-18. They will be traveling to McArthur, OH, located approximately halfway between Chillicothe and Athens. The youth will be working with Lutheran Social Services of Central Ohio at their Outreach Ministries facility. Please keep the retreat in your prayers as we finalize planning and attend the retreat. The LYC (high school youth group) has decided on a date and location for their summer mission trip. This summer, they will be traveling to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Taylorsville, North Carolina.
While there, we will be helping with “Kid’s Club”, a summer long VBS-like program and we will be doing volunteer work in the community.
The date for our trip is July 4-11.
